It started with a tree.
It continues with community.
Suraj Foundation was formed to promote environmental conservation and plant trees for future generations. Its work encourages communities to take an active role in protecting the environment around them.
The foundation later expanded into community health through a partnership with Maliza Funza Foundation for jigger awareness and treatment. Its programme areas now include environment, health and empowerment.
By connecting these areas, the foundation seeks a more sustainable future for both humankind and nature.
